Oh July, How I love thee,

Hot summer days, balmy afternoons and walks on the beach.  Bliss!

Mr B and I go for a stroll most days on the beach with Blue, sometime in the late afternoon so it’s not too hot for pups.

This July I’m aiming to focus on more exercise including yoga, cycling, running and a regular swim in the sea.  I’ve dug out my swimming wetsuit as I’m not a fan of cold water.  That said, on a day as hot as today do I really need it?  Perhaps I’ll take the plunge and go bareback! Yikes!!

Post swim I’ll be drying off and popping on my new kaftan from non-other than fashion and jewellery designer to the stars Jade Jagger.

Jagger has collaborated with leading holiday company Thomson to create a limited edition of silk kaftans. The beautiful jewel coloured kaftans have been designed and released to celebrate the opening of the new 5* Sensatori Resort Ibiza, which opened last month.

The kaftans are available in five striking opulent colourways, guests checking into the Sensatori Resort Ibiza will receive a kaftan as a gift to add to their holiday wardrobe.  Alternatively kaftans can be bought for £95 all proceeds going to the Family Holiday Association Charity.

I have the Jungle kaftan, which is all golds, tans and greens, lush!  Post swim if I close my eyes on Southwick Beach perhaps I could almost be in Ibiza!
