Hi  How are you all this weekend?

Can you believe it’s the last day of January?  I’m easing out of January the way I eased in with a lovely stay at home Sunday.  Leisurely brunch, catching up on the papers and blogs, then more eating and relaxing later.

In my head, however, I’m already into February and planning London Fashion Week…… Which brings me to Paris.

Did you see the pictures from Paris Couture week?  It’s the fashion event which kicks off the year, fashion editors, models, celebs and buyers alike flock to France’s capital for a beautiful showcase of outlandish and far out designer talent.  Amazing couture gowns, exquisite detail but difficult to walk in. Non? Did you see the poor model kick walking in her dress?  Very ‘Haute Couture’.

Paris has recently passed a law on sending overly skinny or anorexic models down the catwalk, the law, albeit passed, doesn’t come into force until the summer.  How will it be enforced?  Will it catch on internationally?
