Hello! It’s been a while.

Well, it’s been August so I had a little time away from the blog.  It’s not what you think, Mr B, alas did not whip me off to foreign climes.  Instead, we painted the house, and what do you know?  It’s grey!

The house is not the only thing grey today, so is the weather.  It’s been tipping it down all day(Thursday) in Brighton, which brings me rather swiftly onto boots.  I know it’s still August but as the summer days will soon turn all Autumnal I’ll be thinking of the new season Autumn/Winter Collections including new leather boots.

Last year I got myself a bargain from Topshop, these rather 1970’s Chloe inspired tan leather boots.  Just long enough to fit snug under your knee they were beautiful and rather comfy too.  They are called Carmen and I think £125.

This year they are doing a version of the Carmen boot but with, wait for it, a tortoiseshell heel! Rapture!

I’ve also seen this version in Tan in the shop, although it doesn’t appear online.

Next up my utter must have boots, Hilary, also from Topshop.
