There’s been a lot of press about White as a trend colour this Autumn and Winter, in particular, White Coats have been touted as the colour or non-colour coat of the season to buy.

Back in August I bought a lovely silk white dress in the Next sale, perfect for London Fashion Week.

First off I tried it with a Faux Fur Coat I have from Denis Basso.  Though I love the coat, this didn’t really work as it became too much about the fur and not the dress.

Then I chanced upon an off white wool bomber in a charity shop – This would see me right through train journeys, cabs and catwalks.

Fashion Week then produced some of the sunniest late Summer days we had seen this year.

In the end I stuck with the white dress and wore it with a trusty old Nude Leather Jacket and bag and my new Topshop Magnificent Boots.

Comfy, cosy and dressed for sunny city day.
